- Whenever you desire to explore a new product within our online platform, whether it’s from the same e-commerce store where your initial purchase was made or from a different online store within our platform, simply request store credit.
- For every eligible product purchase completed without utilizing previously accrued store credit, you accrue additional store credit, subject to the discretion of Zona Shoppers. We promote responsible utilization of our policy and reserve the right to conduct periodic reviews of accounts exhibiting unusual or excessive accumulation.
- Within a 365-day period, there’s no limit to how often you can request store credit, so feel free to shop to your heart’s content. Please be aware that the accumulation of store credits beyond this period is not allowed. To receive store credit, each purchase must be processed as a new transaction and should not be made using previously accumulated store credit.
- Please note that once you’ve used all your store credit on a purchase, that transaction becomes a final sale. These products are not eligible for our return-less policy or any returns in general. This measure helps us protect against potential abuse of our policy.
- With each new purchase, you earn store credit equivalent to the amount you spent. This store credit can be utilized for the acquisition of single or multiple products, depending on the balance available in your store credit account. Should you desire to make a purchase surpassing the value of your available store credit, you have the option to settle the difference through conventional payment methods.
- With each purchase, you have the opportunity to request store credit. In essence, when you make a purchase, you are paying for the first product, and you receive store credit equivalent to that purchase’s value. This store credit can be used to acquire a second item of the same value, ensuring you do not incur any additional costs beyond your store credit balance. However, should you choose an item exceeding your store credit balance, you have the option to cover the difference using other conventional payment methods offered in Zona Shoppers.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly request that you report it to us within 7 business days from the date of receipt. To facilitate the process, please send clear images of the damaged product to [email protected]. This step allows us to confirm the damage and conduct necessary verifications in our warehouse.
Upon receiving your report and verifying the issue, we will promptly arrange for the replacement of the damaged product. In addition, you will have the option to apply the equivalent store credit to your account.
