With this policy, you have the freedom to receive instant store credit into your e-wallet after an original purchase for any reason, and the best part is that you keep the product. This applies to all your original purchases; no matter the reason, you’ll receive store credit for every new purchase as a token of appreciation. In other words, every time you make an original purchase, you get credit to your e-wallet for the same amount spent to do a second one on us!
With our innovative “Instant Store Credit” policy, you can keep the item and still get a chance to explore something new. No need for trips to the post office or waiting for refunds. Simply use your store credit for your next purchase, which will go towards any product from any store on our platform.

How It Works:
When you’re ready to try out a new product on our platform, whether from the same store where you made your first purchase or a different one, simply use your instant store credit. If it didn’t upload into your e-wallet immediately, let us know, and we’ll fix it. With store instant credit to your e-wallet, you can make a second purchase without expending extra. Remember that you keep the original product. If you purchase products for a total larger than the one on your e-wallet, pay the extra charges, making it convenient for you.
You earn store credit for each eligible product you buy new (without using previously earned store credit). You must treat each purchase as a separate transaction whenever you want to accumulate store credit. Simply put, you can’t use existing store credit to purchase and expect to earn more store credit on the same transaction. Each purchase needs to stand alone without using any previously earned store credit. This ensures that you’re accumulating store credit based on fresh purchases rather than using what you already have.

When do I use store credit?
You use store credit when you want to buy something without using your own money. If you’ve earned store credit from previous purchases, you can use it to pay for all or part of your new purchase. You can receive store credit as often as you like within 365 days, so go ahead and shop to your heart’s content. Remember, every 365 days from the purchase date is a new start for the credit, except for certain electronic or specific products with a 3-year warranty.
Please note that once you’ve used all your store credit on a purchase, that transaction is considered a final sale. This means you cannot request return-less to receive store credit over a purchase made through store credit.
Every time you make a new purchase, you earn store credit equal to the amount you spent. Depending on your store credit balance, you can use this credit to buy one or more products. So, when you buy something, you’re essentially paying for the product and receiving store credit equal to its value. This credit can then be used to buy another item of the same value; however, if you opt for something more expensive, you can cover the extra cost with other payment methods provided by Zona Shoppers.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 7 business days from the delivery date. Please send clear images of the damaged product to customers@zonashoppers.com to facilitate the process. This step allows us to confirm the damage and conduct necessary verifications in our warehouse.
Upon receiving your report and verifying the issue, we will promptly arrange to replace the damaged product if we understand it is damaged or a problem on our part. In addition, you will have the option to apply the equivalent store credit to your account. This means you get a new product, plus you get your store credit. Now, be aware that you can do a limited number of reports. If your product has a price tag of over $50.00, we will reimburse your partial e-wallet the cost plus the instant credit.
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction ensures that similar products in our warehouse are inspected for any potential intentional damage as part of our ongoing quality control efforts.

We understand that circumstances sometimes prevent customers from reporting issues within the initial 7-day window. If you discover a problem with your purchase after this period has elapsed, we offer the following solution:

If a product is damaged, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to replace it with another of the same type if it is no longer on our platform. We constantly add new products or editions to our selections.
