Shipping Policy
Processing: Our standard order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please note that this timeframe excludes holidays and weekends.
Shipping: The shipping duration varies based on the destination country, with shipments typically arriving within 8 to 20 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.
Please keep in mind that the total delivery time comprises both the processing time and the shipping time.
Shipping Delays: The estimated shipping time begins from the date of shipment, not from the date of your order placement. Occasionally, delays beyond the expected delivery date may occur due to reasons such as an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other factors beyond our control.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods like Christmas, we recommend making your purchases well in advance. For instance, considering the substantial volume of shipments and orders during this time, it is advisable to place your order at least 25 days before Christmas. This timeframe accounts for the shipping and delivery services’ timelines.
In the event of a situation where your package is reported as stolen or missing (e.g., “Pirate Porch” incidents), please note that we cannot assume responsibility. However, as a gesture of appreciation for our loyal customers who have made 10 or more purchases with us, we can consider replacing items with a total value of up to $25.00.
Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States under the Zona Shoppers umbrella. As we expand our presence, we plan to open additional stores in various countries, aligning our growth with the expansion of Zona Shoppers.
