From the date of your purchase, you have a full year to enjoy your shoes with the option to keep the merchandise and receive store credit. This helps us to maintain our low prices, reduces waste and is kinder to our environment.

2.2 Please make your selections carefully. Check sizing guides, read product descriptions, and review your order before submitting it.

2.3 If a product gets damaged we offer 100% costumer satisfaction guaranteed by reshipping the product at no extra cost or a full compensation through store credit. Please email us at heyshowtheshoes@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, include a description of the issue and photographs. This will help us expedite your claim and resolve your issue.

General Return-less Policy

Following your request, we’ll issue a store credit for future purchases in the store of purchase.
If the store you made the purchase from is no longer operational, we’ll process a refund via your original payment method.
To safeguard our policy against fraudulent practices, purchases made with store credit are typically final sales. However, exceptions may be made for our loyal customers.
Should the new item of your choice exceed your available store credit, necessitating an out-of-pocket payment to complete the transaction, the additional amount is also protected by our Return-less warranty (Refer to ‘Store Credit Limits’ below).
In most states, store credits are valid for 365 days, and 2 years in Hawaii, post-issuance.
Shipping Charges:

When does the Return-less Policy apply?

The policy covers any fresh purchase that did not use store credit.
Any additional out-of-pocket payment to complete a transaction is also covered.
Any product bought with store credit reported as broken or not working within 10 days after delivery is covered by this policy.
