 Customers: Remember to read the policies written by the vendors. Each vendor has its own set of rules regarding its products. For example, some are using a new Returnless Policy. Also, ask if there is any restocking fee.  

Return-less Policy

Some vendors offer returnless service, allowing the customer to keep the product and get store credit. In other words, you keep the product and receive your money in store credit. For these situations, you need to be aware of vendors’ refund & return policies. 

Asking the vendor

• Go to My Account and find the product you want to cancel.
• Find the vendor whom you purchased the product from.
• If you are still within 24 hours, request the vendor to stop the sale and cancel the order.

The vendor will cancel the transaction if the product has not been shipped. If the product already shipped, then you will receive a store credit. 

After 24 hours

•  Go to My Account and find the product you want to cancel.
• If the vendor has already shipped the product, they can charge for delivery expenses like shipping costs and restocking of 25%.  
• Write the vendor to verify the shipment, request the tracking number, and delivery (make sure it was shipped)
• If the product was shipped, wait until it is delivered and follow the vendor’s instructions.
• If the vendor’s solution is for a refund, it will be on the same form of payment. Keep in mind the vendor can charge for delivery and restocking fees.
