Terms and Conditions for Zona Shoppers Gift Cards:

• Definition: Zona Shoppers Gift Cards, also known as gift certificates or vouchers, are prepaid stored-value cards issued by Zona Shoppers LLC for use within our online store. They range in value from $30.00 to $1,500.

• Redemption: These cards are redeemable only on www.zonashoppers.com during checkout.

• Usage: Any remaining balance after a purchase can be applied to future transactions, but if the balance doesn’t cover the full purchase, an alternative payment method must be used.

• Refunds: Refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards are credited back to the original payment method if requested within seven (7) days of purchase.

• Expiration and Fees: Gift Cards have no expiry date or fees, but they can’t be used to buy additional Gift Cards.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen cards will be replaced up to the remaining balance with proof of purchase.

• Cash Redemption: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless mandated by law.

• Account Access: Cardholders can view their balance and transaction history via My Account.

• Applicability: These terms apply unless contradicted by law or otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions for Promotional Gift Cards:

• Definition: Promotional Gift Cards are awarded by Zona Shoppers as part of promotions or loyalty programs, without requiring payment. They’re distinct from regular Gift Cards and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Redemption: They’re redeemable only on the Zona Shoppers website during checkout.

• Usage: Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the expiration period.

• Expiration and Refunds: Promotional Gift Cards expire after one (1) year unless stated otherwise. Purchases made with them are final, and refunds are not issued.

• Voiding: Cards may be voided if items purchased with them are returned.

• Restrictions: Promotional Gift Cards cannot be sold, and misuse may result in voiding.

• Designated Use: Intended for use by the recipient during the promotional period.

• Account Access: Balance and transaction history can be checked via My Account.

• Applicability: These terms apply to Promotional Gift Cards unless contradicted by law.
