At Zona Shoppers, we strive to provide a secure, straightforward payment process, allowing you to shop confidently. This Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when using Zona Shoppers Payments and is a part of our Terms of Use. By using Zona Shoppers Payments, you agree to these terms.
General Information
Available Payment Methods:
Zona Shoppers accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and installments via Affirm. Each option provides a high level of security for a smooth shopping experience.
Secure Payment Process:
Zona Shoppers Payments operates through a secure network and is only available to registered users who are 18 years or older. All customers are advised to exercise caution when making payments in public places or on unsecured networks.
Illegal Use of Identity:
Using a stolen identity or unauthorized payment information is a crime and will be reported to authorities.
How Zona Shoppers Payments Works
Order Confirmation and Payment Processing:
- Once a third-party payment provider confirms your payment, the shipping process will begin. If there is a payment issue, please contact your bank or payment provider and consider using another payment method.
Cancellations:
- Zona Shoppers reserves the right to terminate service for users who engage in illegal activities and may report such cases to authorities.
Special Offers:
- Some payment providers may offer promotions that do not apply to purchases on Zona Shoppers. Check with your service provider for eligibility details.
Third-Party Payment Services
Zona Shoppers partners with reputable third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Affirm) for card processing, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Secure Data Handling: Zona Shoppers shares only encrypted transaction data necessary to process payments. When using Zona Shoppers Payments, you agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers.
- Cancellation Notices: If payment fails, the order is canceled. We will notify you via your Zona Shoppers account. Please contact us if you believe there is an error.
Note: Gift Certificates are subject to the Gift Certificate Policy.
Rights and Responsibilities
Zona Shoppers reserves the right to:
- Modify Payment Services: Introduce new payment methods, discontinue existing services, or limit transaction amounts to ensure secure operations.
- Decline High-Risk Transactions: We may cancel transactions we deem high-risk or fraudulent. Customer’s Purchase Protection does not cover purchases made with fraudulent information.
- Limit User Data Sharing: Only necessary data is shared with vendors, protecting sensitive information. Transaction records are available in My Account for your review.
Do Not Accept Offsite Payments
For security, all payments must be processed through Zona Shoppers Payments. Purchases made offsite are not eligible for Customer’s Purchase Protection. Report any offers to pay outside the Zona Shoppers platform to customers@zonashoppers.com.
Dashboard Accounts
Accessing Your Dashboard:
Once registered, you can view your payment history, manage payment methods, and update shipping details through your private Dashboard.
- Updating Payment Information: Keep payment details current to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Protecting Your Account: Do not share Dashboard access. Zona Shoppers cannot secure your information if shared with others.
Discrepancies in order records may result in an internal investigation.
Disputes and Communication
Resolving Disputes:
In case of a discrepancy, we encourage direct communication with vendors per our Terms of Use and Anti-Discrimination Policy. Customers using Zona Shoppers Payments agree to abide by each vendor’s refund and return terms.
Returnless Policy:
Some vendors offer returnless refunds, where the customer keeps the product and receives store credit valid for 365 days. Store credit can be used on any vendor product. If the vendor leaves the platform, your credit remains available.
Refunds
Refunds through Zona Shoppers Payments are typically issued as store credit. However, refunds to the original payment method may be processed under special circumstances, such as:
- Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not shipped, a refund to your original payment method may be issued.
- Vendor-Specific Policies: Certain situations, as outlined in individual vendor policies, may also qualify for a refund to the original payment method.
In all other cases, refunds will be provided as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Zona Shoppers. Refunds are processed via the refund function on your dashboard.
International Trade Laws
When using Zona Shoppers Payments, you agree to abide by all relevant local, federal, and international laws. Transactions related to embargoed countries or prohibited entities are not permitted. Additional fees, including customs or local taxes, may apply for international orders. Please review our Restrictions Policy for details.
