Instead, we provide an innovative e-wallet refund solution, allowing you to retain your purchased items while receiving an instant refund to your Zona Shoppers e-wallet.

How Our E-Wallet Refund Works

  1. Instant Refund:

    • When you make a purchase, your original purchase amount is instantly credited to your e-wallet. There’s no need to request a refund—the process is automatic, letting you keep the product while enjoying the flexibility of e-wallet funds.
  2. E-Wallet Credit:

    • The refunded amount in your e-wallet can be used for future purchases on Zona Shoppers.
  3. Valid Timeframes:

    • For most products, e-wallet funds are valid for 365 days.

Important Notes
