How It Works:

If it didn’t upload into your e-wallet immediately, let us know, and we’ll fix it. With store instant credit to your e-wallet, you can make a second purchase without expending extra. Remember that you keep the original product. If you purchase products for a total larger than the one on your e-wallet, pay the extra charges, making it convenient for you.

Earning and Accumulating Store Credit
To earn store credit, each purchase must be made with a new payment method rather than using previously earned store credit. Here’s how it works:

  • Separate Transactions: Each eligible product purchase made with a new payment method earns store credit. Purchases made using store credit do not qualify for additional credit.
  • No Double Credit: Using store credit to make a purchase won’t earn additional store credit on that transaction. This keeps the program fair and balanced for all customers.

In short, store credit is earned only on fresh purchases, allowing you to build credit each time you make a new purchase with a traditional payment method.

When do I use store credit?

You use store credit when you want to buy something without using your own money. If you’ve earned store credit from previous purchases, you can use it to pay for all or part of your new purchase. You can earn store credit as many times as you want (not the case for products purchased with store credit) within a 365-day period. Each new purchase resets the clock, giving you another full year to use your credit, starting from the date of that purchase. Remember that products with a 3-year warranty, such as certain electronics, follow a different rule and allow you to use your credit for up to three years instead of one.

Please note that once you’ve used all your store credit on a purchase, that transaction is considered a final sale. This means you cannot request return-less to receive store credit over a purchase made through store credit.

Every time you make a new purchase, you earn store credit equal to the amount you spent. Depending on your store credit balance, you can use this credit to buy one or more products. So, when you buy something, you’re essentially paying for the product and receiving store credit equal to its value. This credit can then be used to buy another item of the same value; however, if you opt for something more expensive, you can cover the extra cost with other payment methods provided by Zona Shoppers.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 7 business days from the delivery date. To facilitate the process, submit clear, high-quality images or videos showing:

  • The damaged product (including close-ups of the damage)
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (if applicable)

Resolution Process

  • Instant Store Credit: For any damaged or defective item, you’ll receive store credit equal to the item’s full cost. There’s no need to return the product—simply report the issue within 7 business days, providing clear evidence (photos or videos) of the damage. Once verified, we’ll credit your account, allowing you to use it on any future purchase across our platform.

  • Token of Appreciation: Upon request, we’ll add an additional 5% of the sale price to your e-wallet as a token of our appreciation for your understanding. To request this, please email [email protected] after your claim has been processed.

  • Flexible Use of Store Credit: This store credit can be applied to any product on our platform, giving you the freedom to explore other items that meet your needs. Store credit remains valid for up to a year (or three years for electronics), offering ample time to decide on your next purchase.

As with regular 365-day e-wallet store credit, once you use the credit for your next purchase, it is considered a final sale. This means you cannot reclaim more store credits, and you keep the product.

Sales Tax Policy:

Please note that the sales tax associated with your original purchase is non-refundable when you receive store credit through our Instant Store Credit Policy. This complies with IRS and state tax regulations, which stipulate that sales tax is generally non-refundable unless the actual product is returned or refunded in cash; we don’t accept returns as per our sustainability and environmental consciousness.  Under IRS guidelines and tax law, sales tax is typically owed to the state based on the original purchase transaction and must be remitted even when store credit is issued.

Requesting Store Credit if Not Instantly Provided

To request store credit for a product, please follow these simple steps:

Once these periods have elapsed, the store credit associated with the expired balance cannot be extended or reactivated. This e-wallet store credit differs from a regular gift card or gift certificate.
