Terms and Conditions for Zona Shoppers Gift Cards

Definition: Zona Shoppers Gift Cards, also known as gift certificates or vouchers, are prepaid stored-value cards issued by Zona Shoppers LLC for use within our online store. Gift Cards are available in values ranging from $30.00 to $1,500.

Redemption: Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively on www.zonashoppers.com at checkout.

Usage: Any remaining balance after a purchase can be applied to future transactions. If the balance does not cover the total purchase amount, an alternative payment method must be used.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our business model, all refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards will go directly into your Zona Shoppers e-wallet. Since you retain the product with every original purchase, refunds are not credited back to the original payment method. Instead, they become e-wallet funds available for future purchases within our store.

Expiration and Fees: Zona Shoppers Gift Cards do not expire and do not incur any fees. They cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for the remaining balance upon providing proof of purchase.

Cash Redemption: Gift Cards are non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Account Access: Cardholders can view their balance and transaction history through the My Account section.

Applicability: These terms apply to Zona Shoppers Gift Cards unless otherwise specified by law.

Terms and Conditions for Promotional Gift Cards

Definition: Promotional Gift Cards are awarded by Zona Shoppers as part of promotional or loyalty programs and are issued without payment. They are distinct from regular Gift Cards and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redemption: Promotional Gift Cards are redeemable only on the Zona Shoppers website during checkout.

Usage: Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the card’s expiration period.

Expiration and Refunds: Promotional Gift Cards expire one (1) year from issuance, unless stated otherwise. Purchases made with Promotional Gift Cards are final and not eligible for refunds, including e-wallet credits.

Voiding: If items purchased with Promotional Gift Cards are returned, the card may be voided.

Restrictions: Promotional Gift Cards cannot be resold or transferred, and misuse may result in voiding.

Designated Use: Promotional Gift Cards are intended for use solely by the original recipient during the promotional period.

Account Access: Cardholders can view their balance and transaction history through My Account.
