How to Cancel an Order

Within 24 Hours of Purchase

  1. Go to My Account and locate the product you wish to cancel.
  2. Contact the Vendor:
    • Identify the vendor you purchased from and submit a cancellation request within 24 hours.
  3. Outcome:
    • The vendor will cancel the order and issue a refund using the original method if the product has not yet shipped.
    • If the product has already shipped, you may receive a store credit instead of a cancellation.

After 24 Hours of Purchase

If the 24-hour period has passed:

  1. Go to My Account and locate the product.
  2. Verify Shipping:
    • Contact the vendor to check if the product has shipped and request a tracking number.
  3. If Shipped:
    • Wait for the product’s delivery, then follow the vendor’s instructions for returns or store credit.
    • Vendors may charge a delivery and restocking fee (typically around 25%) if the product has shipped.

Refund Method:
For refunds, vendors may apply the same form of payment, less any applicable delivery or restocking fees, as outlined in their policies.
