1. As soon as you receive the blender, please add some water inside the container to test it. DO NOT run it without anything inside, as it’s a bad idea for the coupling system. DO NOT grind dry ingredients for more than 1 minute.

2. When you buy a new car, it will smell. It’s totally normal. When you first use it, it may smell, even if slight smoke comes from the motor. But don’t worry; the new motor heats up the lubricant coating on the coils, and it will go away after a few more uses. Thanks for your attention.

You can keep the product and receive store credit as part of our quality service commitment.
Request a return-less for up to 20 products within 365 days of purchase (limitless for Loyal Customers).
We have a flat shipping fee of $4.99 plus $1.50 per extra item. We don’t include the shipping on the store credits unless you are one of our Loyal Customers.
Store credit is issued for products purchased with other forms of payment than store credit.
Products purchased with store credit cannot receive another store credit.

Store credit is valid for 365 days (2 years in Hawaii) before expiration.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs so you will receive the total price of the item except the shipping costs.
