Shipment takes approximately 2 to 7 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Shipping Delays
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
We only ship to the US under this Zona Shoppers. We will open other stores as Zona Shoppers expand, we are planning on growing with them.
Refund Policy
Return-less Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return-less policy with a store credit option. The Return-less Policy outlines the conditions for returning products and getting store credit in return, with certain limitations and exceptions.
Returns Rules Basic Rules:
• You may request a return-less for up to 7 products per year, regardless of the number of vendors you purchased from.
• The request for a return-less must be made within 365 days of the purchase date.
• You will receive a full refund for the purchase done using your credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment gateway offered by Zona Shoppers.
• After receiving your request, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
• Purchases done using store credit are considered final sales. This prevents scams from abusing the platform and the service.
• You receive a store credit for out-of-pocket money used to pay for a difference between store credit and product price. (explained below)
• Store credit is valid for 365 days in most states, except in Hawaii, which lasts 2 years from the date of issue. After that, it will be canceled and cannot be used.
• Some stores can request a deduction of the shipping from the store credit.
Shipping:
We charge $7.95 for the first perfume and $2.95 for each other extra, which are included not included on the price of the perfume. So, if you request a return-less for 2 (two) perfumes (two different or similar models), the total shipping will be $10.90 (USD), which will be deducted from your store credit. These shipping costs can change, but we will notify you previously to the purchase.
Eligibility:
• Return-less Policy only apply for perfumes and colognes with a value less of $45.00. Product with a value over $45.00 are considered final sale and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept them.
Maximum Returns:
• We offer a maximum of 8 products return using return-less. This rule doesn't apply to you if you are a loyal customer. To become a loyal customer, you must purchase at least 10 (ten) consecutive products without requesting a return. We will place you on a special list of loyal customers, which offers special discounts, zero return-less minimums, and much more.
Timeframe:
Store credit is valid for 365 days in most states except Hawaii, which lasts 2 (two) years from the issue date. After the offered time, it will be canceled and cannot be used.
Please allow us 24-48 hours to review your account and process the return-less.
Reason for Return-less Request:
• You can request a return-less for any reason, but we would like to identify the yours so we can personalize the services we provide to you.
• If the item you received is broken or damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us. You have a maximum of 7 days to contact us regarding this matter. If the product was purchased using store credit and the 7 days have passed, it is considered a final sale, with no return or refund. If the product is from an original purchase, you don't have to worry; you will receive a store credit (example below). Images or video will be necessary for return request on product paid with store credit.
Return-less Refund Process:
• The process for initiating a return-less refund is simple. Just visit your account (My Account) located on the homepage and select the product you wish to return. Then, contact us, or visit our page and send us a message. In most cases, we will send you your store credit immediately.
Exceptions:
• We can make exceptions to this policy if we notice increased returns from the same IP address. You will be blocked immediately from our shop. Once you are blocked, your return-less will become no refundable due to scams.
Fraud Prevention:
We take fraud prevention very seriously to protect our business and customers. To prevent fraudulent or unauthorized charges, we may use various security measures, including but not limited to the following:
1. Authentication: We may use various authentication methods to verify the identity of the person making a return-less request. This may include requesting additional information or documentation, such as order confirmation emails, receipts, or ID verification.
2. Monitoring: We monitor all return-less requests and payment transactions for suspicious activity. We use fraud detection software and work with payment processors to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions.
3. Investigation: If we suspect fraudulent activity, we will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the validity of the request. We may contact the customer and/or the payment card issuer to verify the transaction details.
4. Blocklisting: We reserve the right to blocklist customers who attempt to make fraudulent or unauthorized returns. Customers who are blocklisted will no longer be able to make purchases or returns on our website.
Store Credit Limitation:
• If you use credit to make a new purchase and the price of the item(s) is less than the amount of your credit, the remaining credit will be held in your account for future use.
• However, if the price of the new item(s) exceeds the amount of your credit, you'll be required to pay the difference out of pocket.
• The out-of-pocket difference will be considered a new purchase and will be covered by Return-less. So, you will have a store credit for the out-of-pocket amount.
• For example, If you purchase a $100 item using store credit and the new purchase totals $120, making a difference out of the pocket of $20, your new store credit will be $20.
• You cannot request return-less on items purchased with your store credit; it will be considered a final sale. For example, if you purchased a $100 item (new item) using store credit and later attempted to return it, the item cannot be returned under any circumstances. If the item is broken or not working, please send a picture declaring the problem. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return if an item is broken or not working. Unfortunately, some people take advantage of such a great policy, and we need to come up with ways to avoid scams. This point doesn't apply to you if you are a loyal customer. You can become a loyal customer after 10 consecutive purchases without return requests.
If you bought an item using a credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment method other than store credit, the product is considered a new purchase, and you can request a store credit for it.
Please note that this return-less policy is subject to change without notice and may only apply to some products or customers. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about our return-less policy.
