In the event of a situation where your package is reported as stolen or missing (e.g., "Pirate Porch" incidents), please note that we cannot assume responsibility. However, as a gesture of appreciation for our loyal customers who have made 10 or more purchases with us, we can consider replacing items with a total value of up to $25.00.
