It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Shipment takes approximately 8 to 20 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with international e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We have a flat shipping fee of $2.25 plus $1.50 per extra item, which is not included in the price. We don’t include the shipping on the store credits.
Shipping Delays
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes out of our reach.
Purchase during high season or rush periods like Christmas. Please be aware that you need to purchase the items at least 25 days before Christmas due to the large amount of shipping and orders, without mentioning the time the delivery services take to deliver the packages.
Pirate Porch took your package! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for this type of situation. Once the delivery service states that your package has been delivered is no longer our responsibility. Still, as a token of appreciation, only loyal customers will receive a replacement (maximum 1 time), if the total amount is no more than $50.00. Loyal Customers are those who purchase 10 or more consecutive items without requesting Return-less.
We only ship to the US under Zona Shoppers. We will open other stores in other countries as Zona Shoppers expand, we are planning on growing with them.
Refund Policy
Please be aware of our return policy, which follows the Return-less Policy outlined below:
You can keep the product and receive store credit as part of our quality service commitment.
Request a return-less for up to 20 products within 365 days of purchase (limitless for Loyal Customers).
Store credit is issued for products purchased with other forms of payment than store credit.
Products purchased with store credit cannot receive another store credit.
Loyalty customers have unique benefits, including exceptions to return limits.
Store credit is valid for 365 days (2 years in Hawaii) before expiration.
Please notify us within ten (10) days for damaged items; replacements will be provided, but if you request multiple replacements, it is considered an alert for scamming. As a rule, we know from our experience that 1 out of 1000 products may have a defect, so the chances of getting more than one product with damage are very low. Fraud prevention measures are in place to protect businesses and customers.
Store credit usage explained; items bought with credit are final sales.
Items purchased with Zona Shoppers credit cards or payment services like Google Pay or other, except store credit, can be fully refunded with store credit.
