Delivery schedules depend on the vendor, product, and destination. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Following this, delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method. Please note our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. During peak shopping seasons, additional processing time may apply.


International Shipping

Zona Shoppers ships internationally to select countries. For orders shipped outside the U.S., import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply as determined by your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Zona Shoppers is not liable for any customs-related delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.


Shipping Restrictions

Returnless Refunds

At Zona Shoppers, sustainability and environmental consciousness are our top priorities. To reduce waste and minimize the environmental impact, we do not accept product returns. Instead, we offer a returnless refund policy, providing a hassle-free solution for our customers.

If you’re not fully satisfied with a purchase, we will instantly credit your e-wallet with the amount of your original purchase, allowing you to keep the product without the need for a return. This credit can be used toward future purchases on Zona Shoppers.

  • For Most Products: The e-wallet funds are valid for use for up to 365 days.
  • For Select Electronics: The e-wallet funds remain valid for up to 4 years.

Final Sale on E-Wallet Purchases:
Any items purchased using e-wallet funds are considered final sale. This means that products bought with e-wallet credit are not eligible for additional refunds or returns, as this transaction completes the refund cycle.
